  1. Prospective workers (persons who wish to work as domestic/care workers within homes and in formal work settings) and service users (employers – persons who require the services of domestic/care workers) should please read the terms and conditions for both employers and employees before completing their forms. 
  2. If you are completing the form for a person who cannot read, write and understand the English Language, please read out the terms and conditions for employers and workers to the person and explain what each means.
  3. If you are yet to attain the age of sixteen (16) do not complete the Decent Work forms please
